The Source – Who is the Holy Ghost?

Beloved, imagine you are holding a lamp in your hand. The lamp is well-designed, polished, and beautiful. But without oil or electricity, it produces no light. In the same way, a believer without the Holy Ghost is like a lamp without power, beautiful in form but unable to shine in darkness.

From the very beginning, the Holy Ghost has been present. He is not a new force that appeared at Pentecost. He is eternal, just as the Father and the Son are eternal. Smith Wigglesworth once said, “The power of God will take you out of your own plans and put you into the plan of God.” That power is the person of the Holy Ghost. So the question today is: Who is the Holy Ghost?
